Hands of Youth

I joined the Hands of Youth Service Association (HYSA) as a volunteer tutor, teaching mathematics to younger students. What began as an opportunity to share my love of learning gradually became one of my most meaningful commitments.

As I progressed from tutor to operations director and eventually co-president, I helped expand our educational and community programs across schools in Greater Vancouver. When our growing organization began to outpace its original leadership structure, I redesigned our operations by introducing school-specific coordinators, departmental leadership, and weekly reporting systems.
